These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website invictamotus.com (the "Website") and the services provided by Boljmoriin Develt Systems LLC, operating under the brand "Invicta Motus" ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Mongolia (registration number 7294065). By accessing the Website or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.
1. Our services
We provide web development, software development, and related digital services, including building and operating messaging and automation tools on Meta platforms (Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business) for our business clients. The specific scope, deliverables, and price of any engagement are agreed separately in writing between us and each client.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:
- interfere with or disrupt the Website or its security
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or our systems
- use the Website to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful content
- copy, reproduce, or resell any part of the Website without our permission
3. Quotes and inquiries
Any quote or price estimate provided through the Website is for informational purposes and is not a binding offer. A binding agreement is formed only when we and the client confirm the engagement in writing.
4. Client responsibilities
Where we provide services to a client, the client is responsible for ensuring that any data, content, or access they provide to us is lawful and that they have the necessary rights and consents. Clients using our messaging tools must comply with the applicable platform policies of Meta and with all applicable laws, including obtaining proper consent from the people they message.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including text, design, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Ownership of work we create for a client is governed by our written agreement with that client. The "Invicta Motus" brand and the Boljmoriin Develt Systems LLC name may not be used without our written permission.

Our services rely on third-party platforms, including those operated by Meta and Google. Your use of features that depend on these platforms is also subject to the terms and policies of those providers. We are not responsible for the availability, actions, or policies of third-party platforms.
7. Disclaimers
The Website and our services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
