We are a software and web development company registered in Mongolia (registration number 7294065).

1. Who we are
Boljmoriin Develt Systems LLC is the legal entity behind the Invicta Motus brand. Our registered address is Erkhuu Street, building 10, unit 217, 7th khoroo, 11th microdistrict, Sukhbaatar district, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. 2. Information we collect
We collect only the information we need to provide and improve our services.
Information you give us directly. When you submit a quote request or contact form on the Website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any details you choose to include in your message.
Technical information. When you visit the Website, we automatically receive standard technical data such as your browser type, device information, and pages viewed. We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from abuse, which is subject to Google's privacy policy.
Platform data we process on behalf of our clients. As an authorized technology provider for Meta platforms (Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business), we build and operate messaging and automation tools for our business clients. In doing so, we may process messages, contact details, and profile information of people who interact with our clients' Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, or WhatsApp business numbers. We process this data strictly on behalf of, and under the instructions of, the relevant client, who is the controller of that data. We do not use it for our own purposes.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your inquiries and provide quotes
- deliver, operate, and improve our services
- build and maintain messaging and automation tools for our clients
- comply with legal obligations and the platform policies of Meta and other providers
- protect the security and integrity of our Website and services
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
4. How we share information
We share information only in limited circumstances:
- Service providers. We use trusted third parties, such as Microsoft (for email) and Google (for reCAPTCHA), who process data on our behalf under their own terms.
- Platform providers. When we operate messaging tools, data is transmitted through Meta's platforms in accordance with Meta's terms and policies.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information where required by the laws of Mongolia or a valid legal request.
We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Quote and contact inquiries are retained for our business records and then deleted when no longer needed. Platform data processed on behalf of clients is retained according to our agreement with the relevant client and Meta's platform requirements.

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To do so, contact us at pomegranate@invictamotus.com. 7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's privacy
Our Website and services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
