Data Deletion Instructions

Boljmoriin Develt Systems LLC, operating under the brand "Invicta Motus" ("we", "us", or "our"), respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request the deletion of data we hold about you, including any data obtained through Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp).
What data this covers
This applies to:
- information you submitted to us directly through invictamotus.com, such as quote requests and contact messages
- information we may have processed about you through our clients' Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, or WhatsApp business numbers when we operate messaging tools on their behalf
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your data, send an email to pomegranate@invictamotus.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- your full name
- the email address, phone number, or account you used to contact us or our client
- a short description of the data you want deleted
We may contact you to confirm your identity before processing the request, in order to protect your data from unauthorized deletion.
What happens next
Once we verify your request, we will delete the personal data we hold about you within 30 days, unless we are required to keep it to comply with a legal obligation. If the data was processed on behalf of one of our clients, we will forward your request to that client, who is the controller of that data, and assist them in fulfilling it.
We will confirm by email once your request has been completed.
Data held by Meta
Deleting your data with us does not automatically delete data held by Meta on their own platforms. To manage or delete data held directly by Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp, please use the privacy settings provided within those platforms.
