The challenge
UB Tower is an office tower built in a dense city-centre setting. With a constrained site and busy traffic around it, the job needed a clean, flat, durable glass envelope installed reliably amid live streets.

Our solution
We specified the Reynaers CW 50 · ACP curtain-wall system and clad the whole façade in a consistent grid of solar-control glass. The proven, warrantied profile delivers years of service with minimal maintenance.

The plan
We planned the logistics for the tight site, scheduling deliveries and lifts for the hours that least disrupted traffic. The build was organised floor-by-floor, with each level signed off in sequence.

Implementation
We installed 17 floors of glazed façade on schedule, delivering a clean, dependable office tower in the city centre. The building still performs reliably with little maintenance to this day.
