The challenge
Minister Tower aimed for a top-tier downtown office address and called for a dramatic, deep-dark, mirror-like envelope. The high-rise wind loads and a tight construction schedule left no room for slow, on-site fabrication.

Our solution
We delivered the Reynaers CW 50 HI · CW 77 system as factory-finished unitised panels. Each storey-height, fully completed panel was simply hung and locked on site — easier to quality-control and far faster to install.

The plan
We matched the panel layout to the building structure and organised the just-in-time logistics for staged unit delivery. We modelled how the façade would read under evening light and selected the reflective glass accordingly.

Implementation
All 23 floors were fully glazed in unitised panels, cutting on-site installation time well below a conventional stick-built approach. The result is one of the sharpest, most recognisable towers downtown.
